Submitting a notice does not automatically establish that copyright infringement has occurred.

Where appropriate, we may contact the person who submitted the notice or other relevant parties to obtain additional information before taking action.

5. FALSE OR MISLEADING NOTICES

Please do not knowingly submit false, inaccurate or misleading copyright infringement claims.

A person submitting a notice is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for having the necessary authority to make the claim.

6. DMCA NOTICES

Although Amstelmen / Derata81 is based in the Netherlands, we recognise that copyright owners may submit notices referring to the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Where a DMCA-style copyright notice is submitted to us, we may review and respond to it as appropriate, taking into account applicable law and the circumstances of the particular claim.
