Amstelmen / Derata81 will respond appropriately to valid orders, requests or other legally binding communications received from competent authorities in accordance with applicable Dutch and European Union law.

Nothing on this page limits or replaces any obligations that may apply under the Digital Services Act or other applicable legislation.

Nothing in this reporting procedure limits any rights, remedies or reporting mechanisms available under Dutch law, European Union law or other applicable law.
